Real Estate Agent

We are seeking motivated, dynamic, and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. As a licensed agent, you will represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, guide clients through the buying or selling process, and help them achieve their real estate goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Provide guidance and support throughout the real estate transaction process
• Generate and follow up on leads through networking, marketing, and prospecting
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analysis
• Stay current with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
• Negotiate contracts and manage documentation with attention to detail
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals

Requirements:

• Active real estate license (state-specific)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
• Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
