Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to leads, follow up effectively, and convert them into appointments.
  • Assist clients in identifying suitable properties and provide expert guidance on investments.
  • Manage client viewings and ensure a smooth end-to-end transaction process.
  • Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Stay updated with Dubai s real estate regulations, RERA guidelines, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with top developers to offer clients diverse property options across Dubai.

Requirements

  • 6 months 3 years of real estate experience in Dubai (off-plan property sales preferred).
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Presentable with a professional image.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai s property market and investment opportunities.
  • RERA certification is an added advantage.
