The Strategy Real Estate is a leading real estate advisory firm in Dubai, specializing in investment properties and off-plan developments. We are expanding our team and seeking motivated and experienced agents capable of delivering strong sales performance in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan real estate projects within Dubai.
• Provide professional consultation to clients regarding investment opportunities, project features, and market trends.
• Follow up with leads, manage client relationships, and close deals effectively.
• Stay updated with new project launches and market developments.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain strong client satisfaction.
• Work towards monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai off-plan real estate sales.
• Resident in Dubai for at least 5 years with strong understanding of the local property market.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English or Arabic (both preferred).
• RERA Broker License is a plus (or willingness to obtain it).
• Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and self-motivated.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license and car.
