Real Estate Agent

Olat Properties is seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to handle off-plan property sales from Dubai’s leading developers. We are looking for professionals with excellent communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads through proactive client outreach and consistent follow-up.

• Nurture and qualify social media inquiries and online leads.

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading Dubai developers.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, project details, and developer portfolios.

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Dubai real estate (off-plan sales preferred).

• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.

• Must be currently based in Dubai.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
