*Key Responsibilities: *

• Generate and qualify leads.
• Understand client needs and offer suitable property options for sale or rent.
• Conduct property viewings and present listings.
• Negotiate offers and close deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Stay updated on market trends, prices, communities, and competitor activity.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and client databases.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, admin, legal) to support deal flow.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

1. 1–5 years of real estate experience in the Dubai market.

2. Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and in Persian/Russian/German/Arabic is a plus.

4. Proficiency in using CRM systems and property portals (e.g.,Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).

5. Familiar with social media handles.

Salary, Commission and Compensations will be discussed during interview.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
