Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and tenants.
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate property options.
- Property Transactions
- Assist clients throughout the full buying, selling, and leasing cycle.
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information about features, prices, and community amenities.
- Market Knowledge
- Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, new developments, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Provide clients with guidance based on market insights and property valuations.
- Marketing & Lead Generation
- List properties on major UAE real estate portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut).
- Coordinate photography, staging, and advertising activities.
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and review tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and other required documents.
- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations, including DMT (Department of Municipalities and Transport) guidelines.
- Coordinate with developers, banks, and government authorities when needed.
- Negotiation
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
- Secure the best terms for clients while maintaining professionalism and fairness.
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
- Follow up with clients post-transaction for relationship building and referrals.
