Key Responsibilities
- Promote and lease/sell properties through advertising, open houses, and listing services.
- Generate leads through calls, networking, and referrals.
- Guide clients through the property buying, selling, or leasing process.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, property values, and Dubai real estate laws.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Coordinate property viewings and negotiations between buyers and sellers or tenants and landlords.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of real estate experience in Dubai (leasing or sales).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- UAE driving license and own car (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with Dubai communities and developers.
- Presentable, confident, and motivated personality.
- Must be available to join immediately.
