Key Responsibilities:

• Managing clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process
• Conducting property viewings and negotiations
• Generating and following up on leads
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers
• Preparing and presenting offers and contracts
• Staying updated on market trends and new developments
• Ensuring high-level customer service and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Professional appearance and proactive mindset
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals (advantage)
