Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking proactive and dynamic Real Estate Agents with the ability to deliver consistent results, manage clients professionally, and perform confidently in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and lease/sell properties through advertising, open houses, and listing platforms.
• Generate leads through calls, networking, and referrals.
• Guide clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and Dubai real estate regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Coordinate property viewings and negotiate between buyers/sellers or tenants/landlords.
• Contact and follow up with potential clients using high-quality leads provided by the company.
• Present and promote off-plan and ready properties to clients.
• Schedule property viewings and coordinate with developers.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options.
• Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM systems accurately.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with support from the team leader.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of Dubai real estate experience (leasing or sales). Freshers are also welcome.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• UAE driving license and own car (preferred, not mandatory).
• Good knowledge of Dubai communities and developers.
• Presentable, confident, and highly motivated.
• Must be available to join immediately.
