About the Role
We are looking for motivated and energetic Real Estate Agents to join our expanding team. This commission-based role is ideal for individuals passionate about property sales and leasing, building client relationships, and earning high performance-based income.

As a Real Estate Agent, you will manage client relationships, market property listings, conduct viewings, negotiate deals, and provide professional guidance to buyers, sellers, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through marketing, networking, and prospecting activities
• List and promote properties for sale and rent
• Conduct property viewings with potential clients
• Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring client satisfaction
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and regulations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers
• Prepare necessary documentation and liaise with relevant authorities

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales or leasing (preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in appearance
• Knowledge of the Dubai property market and RERA regulations (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid UAE driving license (advantageous)
