What You’ll Be Doing

Manage and grow a client portfolio in Dubai’s fast-moving market

Advise buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors with confidence

Build expertise in a defined area, project, or asset class

Stay ahead of launches, trends, and pricing movements

Work alongside leaders who support, coach, and develop you

Hit targets that are achievable with proper structure and guidance
Who Thrives in This Role

6–12 months Dubai real estate experience
OR
strong sales background

Confident communicator and relationship builder

Self-motivated and resilient no hand-holding career

Proactive, organised, and hungry to grow income

UAE driving licence preferred but not mandatory
