EXGROW PROPERTIES is expanding our Off-Plan Sales Team, and we’re looking for driven individuals eager to grow, earn tax-free income, and thrive in Dubai’s dynamic property market.

Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to buyer leads, identify client needs, and present optimal investment opportunities focused on ROI and long-term value
• Deliver personalized, consultative service to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Stay up-to-date on all off-plan project details, including pricing, payment plans, and selling points
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to guide clients with confidence
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve the best outcomes for all parties
• Liaise with developers, legal teams, and clients to ensure seamless transactions
• Manage documentation and administrative processes efficiently

• Resilient, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Billengual, English plus any of additional language is an advantage (Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, Tagalog, Russian)
