Job Description

We are seeking driven and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team in JVC. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, knowledgeable about the Dubai property market, and capable of closing deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert them into successful transactions
• Assist buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords throughout the full real estate cycle
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and property developers
• Use CRM systems (Leadrat) to manage and track leads
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends and market conditions

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience
• Proven track record of closed deals
• Valid Dubai Driver’s License
• Valid UAE Residence Visa
• Well-spoken, presentable, and professional attitude
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to use CRM systems, especially Leadrat
• High motivation and a target-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
