Job Summary
Top Luxury Property is hiring experienced and highly driven Real Estate Brokers to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for professionals who excel in client relations, have strong market knowledge, and are passionate about closing deals with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily inbound leads and provide expert property guidance
- Source and list new properties across Abu Dhabi
- Conduct property viewings and consultations
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle from first inquiry to deal closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
- Stay updated with real estate trends, project launches, and developer offerings
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts effectively
- Maintain accurate CRM and documentation for all clients and transactions
- Meet monthly performance and sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of real estate experience in the UAE
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication (English required – additional languages are a plus)
- Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi property markets
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Presentable, confident, and goal-oriented
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
