Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate property valuations.
- Arrange property viewings and accompany clients during site visits.
- Negotiate offers and close property transactions in line with company policies.
- Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Prepare necessary documents such as contracts, agreements, and forms.
- Work closely with developers, landlords, and mortgage consultants to support clients.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a real estate agent in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market, communities, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- RERA certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
