Overview

We are seeking a dynamic real estate Marketing person to join our team in supporting Flat sale marketing activities within Greater Guwahati area. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. Minimum 3 years of experience is mandatory to apply this Job.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
• Assist in organising and coordinating marketing projects and events
• Manage social media platforms and engage with online audiences
• Utilise WordPress to update website content and ensure its optimisation
• Analyse marketing data to track campaign performance and provide insights
• Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement SEO strategies
• Provide general office support as needed

Requirements

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in project management to meet deadlines and deliver results
• Experience in social media management and content creation
• Knowledge about apartments selling, and fluent in Assamese & Hindi Language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
