This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent at Zenith Group. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting market research, negotiating transactions, and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include advising clients on current market conditions, preparing contracts, hosting property showings, and ensuring a seamless buying or selling experience. The candidate will also collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends and regulations.

• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, property management, and sales processes
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in digital tools and CRM software to manage client interactions and property data
• Ability to conduct thorough market research and analyze property values and trends
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
• Relevant certifications or licenses required for real estate agents in the applicable region
• Experience in customer service, sales, or real estate-related roles is a plus
