Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential, commercial, and off-plan properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Stay up to date with UAE real estate market trends, new projects, and pricing.
• Prepare high-quality property listings, photos, and descriptions for marketing.
• Conduct viewings, negotiations, and deal closings professionally.
• Guide clients through contracts, documentation, and legal procedures.
• Collaborate with developers, landlords, and investors to grow business opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Professional, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and social media marketing.
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred for easy client meetings and property tours.
• 1–2 years of real estate experience in Dubai preferred (not mandatory).
