We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our Off-Plan Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales for leading developers across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through various sources (calls, social media, networking).
- Present, promote, and sell off-plan properties to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable investment/property options.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Keep updated with market trends, project launches, and developer offers.
- Handle site visits, property tours, and client meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM data and ensure proper follow-ups.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in UAE Real Estate (off-plan preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good understanding of Dubai real estate market and developers.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Professional, presentable, and customer-focused.
