Job Title: Real Estate Agent (Salary + Commission)

Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of real estate experience in the UAE market and a strong passion for sales and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads for residential and/or commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
• Negotiate and close property sales and leasing deals
• Maintain up-to-date listings and client records
• Build long-term relationships with clients and developers

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of real estate experience (UAE preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market
