Job Title: Real Estate Agent – Sales (Off-Plan & Resale)

Job Description:
We are looking for motivated Real Estate Sales Agents to handle off-plan and resale property transactions in Dubai. The role includes client handling, property sales, negotiations, and full transaction coordination in line with RERA & DLD regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell off-plan and secondary market properties
• Advise clients on projects, pricing.
• Manage negotiations, bookings.
• Coordinate with developers, owners, and internal teams
• Maintain CRM updates and sales reporting
• Ensure proper documentation & compliance

Requirements:

• Experience in Dubai real estate (preferred)
• Strong sales & closing skills
• Knowledge of off-plan & resale markets
• RERA certification (preferred)
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
• UAE driving license preferred
