Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate leads and identify potential property buyers and sellers
- Conduct property viewings and manage negotiations
- Guide clients through the entire sales and leasing process
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the client journey
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Meet monthly sales targets and support overall company growth
- Stay updated on Dubai’s property market, industry trends, and legal regulations
- Organize and execute property tours with potential buyers and tenants
- Handle buyer and investor inquiries
- Conduct property viewings
- Close deals and manage client relationships
Requirements
- Have strong communication skills
- Are goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Are comfortable with commission-based income
- Previous experience in Dubai’s real estate market is highly desirable
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Have a sales-driven mindset
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and well-presented
- Familiarity with leading property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.)
- Knowledge of social media marketing is an added benefit
