The Real Estate Agent – Off-Plan will be responsible for selling developer properties before completion, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role focuses on advising local and international investors, conducting presentations, and closing off-plan property deals in compliance with UAE real estate regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties from approved developers
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, portals, and company databases
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
- Advise clients on investment opportunities, ROI, payment plans, and market trends
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and internal teams
- Negotiate deals and close sales in line with company targets
- Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and UAE real estate laws
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems
- Attend developer briefings, project launches, and real estate events
- Provide after-sales support and build long-term client relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of UAE real estate experience (off-plan preferred)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Dubai/UAE off-plan market and developers
- RERA certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
