Vacancy: Real Estate Broker (Secondary Department)

What will you do?

· Work in a secondary department that combines professional customer service and an active search for new opportunities.

· Conduct consultations with clients on the sale, purchase and lease of real estate.

· Search and analysis of available properties on the market that meet the needs of clients.

· Organizing and conducting property viewings.

· Negotiating, negotiating conditions and preparing contracts with clients.

· Active use of marketing tools to attract potential customers.

If you:

· Have at least 1 year experience as a real estate broker in the secondary market in Dubai

· Know the real estate market in Dubai and its characteristics.

· Possess communication and persuasion skills.

· Know processes of transactions and documentation.

· Ambitious and have a desire to achieve high results.

· Ready to work in a dynamic environment and meet targets.

· Good command of English.
