Job Title: Real Estate Agent

Location: Dubai, UAE, Job Overview.

- We are looking for a confident and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. -The selected candidate will work on company-generated leads and handle residential off-plan and secondary market properties while delivering excellent client service and closing deals successfully.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on leads generated and provided by the company.

- Handle off-plan secondary and ready properties .

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.

- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.

- Negotiate price terms and close deals.

- Maintain follow-ups with potential and existing clients.

- Update listings on property portals and internal systems.

- Coordinate with developers, landlords,s and internal teams.

- Ensure full compliance with Dubai real estate regulations.

- Prior experience in Dubai real estate is preferred

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of the Dubai property market and RERA regulations

- Self-motivated target driven and professional attitude

- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Required Skills and Qualities:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- English language fluency is mandatory, any additional language, specifically Arabic, will be considered a plus point.

- Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market trends.

- Understanding of off-plan and secondary market properties.

- Professional appearance and client handling skills.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.

- Ability to work under targets and pressure.

- Probation and Employment Terms.

- The company will provide a driver who will accompany you to meetings with clients. - - Initial evaluation period of two months.

- During this period, performance and deal-closing ability will be assessed.

- Basic salary: Commission on closed sales
