We are looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our real estate team in Dubai. This role is open to both experienced professionals and candidates new to the UAE real estate market who are interested in developing a long-term career in property sales and leasing.

This position offers performance-based earnings, with income generated through commissions in line with company policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties

• Handle property inquiries and conduct viewings

• Build and maintain client relationships

• Negotiate offers and support transactions through to completion

• Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures

• Stay informed about market trends and available listings
