Role Summary

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Real Estate Brokers to join Galion Properties in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, managing property transactions, and delivering exceptional service to clients across residential, commercial, and off-plan markets. This role is ideal for motivated professionals who thrive in a target-driven, commission-based environment and want to grow with a fast-expanding real estate company supported by strong marketing resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in property transactions
• Manage listings, property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Generate and convert leads into successful transactions
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote listings and campaigns
• Provide market insights and professional real estate advice
• Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate regulations (RERA)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or Agent
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• RERA certification (preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
• Comfortable working in a commission-based role
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
