Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. Successful candidates will be assigned to SILVER SIGNATURE CAPITAL PROPERTIES, our new sister company scheduled to open soon in BurJuman. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, skilled in communication, and driven to help clients buy, sell, and rent properties successfully.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations
• Develop and maintain a strong client base through networking and lead generation
• Prepare and present contracts, offers, and other real estate documents
• Stay informed on local market trends, property values, and industry regulations
• Negotiate transactions to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire transaction process

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Experience with digital marketing or social media promotion
• Open for KA-BA-YAN
