Role Overview
Ideal Realtor Real Estate is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to represent clients across Dubai’s residential and investment property market. The role involves advising buyers, sellers, and investors while delivering a professional, results-driven service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert buyer, seller, and investor leads into successful transactions
- Advise clients on off-plan, secondary market, and leasing opportunities across Dubai
- Conduct property viewings and present projects with accurate market insights
- Negotiate terms and close deals in the best interest of clients and the company
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust and market knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of listings and transactions
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new project launches
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, DLD procedures, and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of previous real estate sales experience in Dubai
- Good understanding of the Dubai property market and sales process
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
- RERA certification
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
