Who We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated, goal-oriented professionals who are passionate about sales, driven by results, and eager to grow in the luxury property market.

Requirements:

• Proven real estate experience is highly preferred, but not essential
• Strong sales or customer service background
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
• Ambitious, confident, and target-driven personality
• Valid UAE driving license - mandatory
• RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Professional appearance and strong work ethics

Your Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage with clients to identify and understand their property needs
• Provide tailored solutions and expert guidance throughout the buying/selling process
• Conduct professional property viewings, handle negotiations, and close deals efficiently
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
• Stay up to date on Dubai's real estate trends, new developments, and market insights
• Maintain an organized client database using our advanced CRM system
• Represent Societe Real Estate at events, property exhibitions, and client meetings
