We are a rising Dubai-based real estate advisory serving international buyers, investors, HNWI, and end-users.

We operate across off-plan, resale, leasing, and short-term rental segments, with a strong focus on transparency, pricing accuracy, and long-term client relationships.

Our approach is advisory-led, professional, and execution-focused.

Objective:

Build high-quality sale, rental, and short-term inventory by proactively sourcing, advising, and converting landlords and other agents.

Core Responsibilities:

● Source property inventory through various channels
● Proactively reach out to landlords and leads, present advisory value, and negotiate terms to secure listings
●Arrange property viewings and client meetings
● Conduct competitive price analysis and advise landlords on realistic market pricing
● Negotiate and onboard properties into compliant, market-ready listings
● Maintain accurate records with notes and follow-ups in the CRM
● Convert onboarded inventory into live deals where possible (team member support
available)
● Handover listing to the listing admin team member
● Handle inbound discovery calls, propose properties and/or handover the call to
experienced team members.

Requirements & Profile Fit:

• 1–3 years of Dubai real estate experience (off-plan, resale, leasing, or mixed)
• Experience using credible property platforms and at least one CRM system
• Spoken and written English
• Solid understanding of Dubai property sales, leasing, and documentation processes
• Professional, organised, and commercially focused
• Comfortable working toward defined KPIs
