Position Overview

We are seeking Real Estate Agents—both experienced professionals and freshers—to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-focused, and capable of managing the full real estate process from prospecting to closing.
Freshers will receive full training and guidance to help them quickly adapt and grow in the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
• Prospect and follow up on leads
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and listing presentations
• Prepare and negotiate offers, contracts, and transaction documents
• Stay updated on local market conditions and trends
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience (preferred)
• Freshers with strong communication skills and high motivation are encouraged to apply
• Strong understanding of the buying/selling process (training provided for freshers)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
