- Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Conduct property viewings and site visits
- Generate leads through calls, follow-ups, referrals, and walk-in clients
- Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Maintain accurate records of listings, clients, and transactions in CRM systems
- Coordinate documentation, booking forms, and agreements
- Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and competitor activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and landlords
- Provide after-sales support until deal closure and handover
