Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
• Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings in the Kansas City area.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings at the Ken Hoover Real Estate Group office and various locations.
• Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws, market conditions, and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri (and Kansas preferred)
• Strong knowledge of local Kansas City real estate market and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
