We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Off-Plan Property Consultant to join our team. The role involves promoting, marketing, and selling off-plan properties while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to provide tailored investment advice.
Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell off-plan properties to potential investors and end-users.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients.

Conduct property presentations, viewings, and investment consultations.

Advise clients on market trends, project developments, and suitable investment opportunities.

Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of off-plan projects, payment plans, and developer offerings.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

Provide regular reports on leads, prospects, and sales performance.

Attend networking events, property exhibitions, and client meetings to generate new business.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and RERA regulations (if in UAE).
Requirements

Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan properties.

Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and off-plan projects.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or Chinese are an advantage).

Valid UAE driving license (preferred for Dubai-based roles).

RERA certification (advantageous).
