Key Responsibilities:

• Sell off-plan properties from leading developers in Dubai
• Manage and convert leads into successful sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and clients
• Conduct property presentations and consultations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in off-plan real estate in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of the local property market
• Proactive, target-driven, and client-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Basic CRM knowledge
• Fluency in English is required
• Additional languages highly preferred: Russian, Arabic, Italian, Spanish, or German
