Requirements:

• Active Tennessee Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining)
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a changing market

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Sales or real estate experience
• Knowledge of Middle Tennessee market
• Marketing or social media skills
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities

Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or real estate is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and practices
- Familiarity with real estate administrative processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively market properties and attract potential buyers or tenants
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus

- Pay is commission based. Traditional and 100% Commission Options available.
