Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct market research and stay updated on property trends
• Advise clients on pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing
• Ensure smooth and professional transaction handling
• Stay informed on market regulations and industry updates

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Dubai real estate market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• UAE driving license is an advantage
• Professional, disciplined, and target-driven
• Ambitious and financially motivated
• Ability to sustain financially for the first 4–6 months
• Commitment to a long-term career (minimum 2 years)

Qualifications:

• Understanding of real estate principles and operations
• Sales and customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and independent
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Role Details:

• Full-time, on-site role in Dubai
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Conduct viewings, negotiate deals, and manage contracts
• Deliver exceptional client service at all stages
