Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. Daily tasks will include conducting property market research, generating leads, scheduling property viewings, negotiating deals, and preparing and reviewing real estate documents. The Real Estate Agent will also provide excellent customer service and maintain a clear understanding of the local real estate market trends.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate processes
• Skills in Customer Service to provide a client-focused experience
• Experience working in Real Estate, Sales, and Real Property transactions
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in local market knowledge and market trend analysis
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
