Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Real Estate Agent to generate leads, build client relationships, and close property deals. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their property requirements, and guiding them through the buying, selling, or leasing process, including arranging and conducting property viewings.

The candidate will also be responsible for creating and managing property listings across CRM systems and real estate portals, maintaining accurate inventory and documentation records, and preparing basic reports. Ensuring data accuracy and delivering a high level of client service will be key to supporting efficient and successful sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, portals, and direct client engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
  • Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the selection process
  • Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers/landlords to close deals successfully
  • Manage and update property listings across CRM systems and real estate portals
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete (contracts, NOCs, agreements, etc.)
  • Follow up with clients to maintain engagement and convert leads into transactions
  • Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire transaction process

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in real estate sales (Dubai market preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, communities, and property trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Familiarity with UAE property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) and CRM systems
  • Good understanding of RERA regulations, contracts, and real estate documentation
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred
