About the Role
We are seeking ambitious and driven
Offplan Real Estate Agents
to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialize in promoting and selling
off-plan projects
from leading developers, handling clients at our
exclusive stands in 5-star hotels and prime locations
, and guiding them through the investment journey.
Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell
off-plan properties
from top developers across Dubai.

Attend and manage
stands at luxury hotels and high-traffic venues
to generate new leads and convert walk-in clients.

Build and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and stand activities.

Provide clients with expert advice on property investment, market trends, and upcoming projects.

Conduct property presentations, meetings, and site visits.

Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines.

Follow up with clients to ensure excellent customer service and encourage repeat business.

Stay updated on market conditions, competitor activities, and new project launches.
Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai

Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, developers, and off-plan projects.

Previous
stand experience
in real estate is highly desirable.

RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
