Real Estate Agent

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Real Estate / Property Consultant to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The candidate should have strong market knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals efficiently.

Job Description & Requirement:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial real estate
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties
• Conduct property viewings and site visits
• Provide accurate market advice and property valuations
• Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms
• Maintain a database of listings and clients
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies
• Self-motivation, organization, and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Minimum 1 year experience in real estate (Abu Dhabi market preferred)
• UAE driving license is preferred
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Familiarity with portals like Property Finder UAE, Bayut, and Dubizzle

Compensation:

• Commission-based (high earning potential) OR basic salary + commission
• Marketing support and listing exposure
