Job Summary:

Milestone Homes Real Estate Broker is seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Negotiate property deals and ensure successful transaction closures
• Stay updated with the Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and regulations
• Maintain records of all leads, listings, and transactions
• Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in Dubai is preferred
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and regulations
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:

• Commission: 50% per deal
• Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
