Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program
  • Regularly apply PLACE lead generation techniques on a weekly basis
  • Guide buyers through the process, obtain signed buyer agreements, and help identify appropriate properties
  • Represent both sellers and buyers during offer negotiations
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of activities and tasks using PLACE Technology
  • Conduct at least two open houses each month
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into confirmed appointments
  • Participate in weekly script rehearsals in accordance with team standards
  • Take an active role in team events and initiatives as needed
  • Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Collaborate with sellers to obtain listings and promote their properties effectively
  • Offer professional advice on pricing, staging, and other services related to listings
