Job description:

A Real Estate Agent at Square Yards UAE is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering expert market insights and exceptional customer service. The role involves lead generation, client relationship management, and closing real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing.

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties.

Conduct property viewings and presentations.

Provide guidance on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities in the UAE real estate market.

Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.

Maintain and update property listings and client databases.

Ensure compliance with UAE property laws and regulations.

Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

Proven experience in real estate sales (UAE experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of the UAE property market (especially Dubai/Abu Dhabi).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

RERA certification (for Dubai-based roles) is a plus.

Fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Russian are an advantage).
