Our current focus is exclusively on the secondary market, where consistency, strong client management, negotiation ability, and closing skills directly translate into earnings and long-term success.

We are looking for highly motivated and driven Real Estate Property Consultants to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact property owners and build strong relationships to secure listings
  • Negotiate terms with sellers and manage expectations professionally
  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, meetings, and company databases
  • Present the company’s real estate services confidently and professionally to potential clients
  • Conduct property viewings and manage client inquiries effectively
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners and buyers
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience is mandatory
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude at all times
  • Fluent English is required (additional languages are a strong advantage)
  • Ability to work in a commission-based environment with discipline and consistency
  • Valid UAE residency and visa are required
