Real Estate Agent

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate market, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales. You will be provided with fresh daily leads and full marketing support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and follow up on fresh daily leads provided by the company
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Stay up to date with the Dubai real estate market trends
• Negotiate deals and close sales successfully
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE real estate
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus

Salary & Benefits:
