About the Company

House Finder Real Estate LLC is looking for experienced and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai.

We are hiring experienced brokers for English-speaking leads in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market sales. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, sales confidence, and experience in the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Off-Plan and Secondary Market property sales
• Manage and convert company-provided leads
• Conduct client meetings and property viewings
• Build strong relationships with buyers, investors, and property owners
• Achieve sales targets and close deals professionally
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal processing

Eligibility Criteria

• Experienced real estate agents only
• Dubai real estate experience preferred
• Strong English communication skills required
• Knowledge of Off-Plan and Secondary Market sales
• Self-motivated and target-driven candidates preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
