Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assist clients seeking to buy, sell, or rent residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property tours and explain key features, pricing, and available options to prospective clients
• Build and maintain a strong network of buyers, sellers, tenants, and investors
• Negotiate property transactions and support clients throughout the closing process
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with existing clients
• Stay informed about local market developments, new projects, and pricing movements

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Previous sales or real estate experience is beneficial but not required
• Professional attitude and commitment to providing quality customer service
