What You'll Do

• Promote and market premium residential & commercial properties
• Manage and convert company-provided leads
• Build lasting relationships with clients
• Conduct property viewings and presentations
• Negotiate and close high-value deals
• Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of real estate experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (Hindi, Urdu, or Bengali a strong advantage)
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow
• Based in Dubai
